It brings emotional balance and is a good stone for those with anxiety and panic attacks. It encourages  and enhances self trust, self esteem, and self acceptance.

Sodalite balances the immune system, metabolism, and aids in calcium deficiencies. Sodalite aids in throat, larynx, vocal cords, hoarseness, and digestive disorders. It lowers blood pressure, and can help to prevent insomnia.
